My friends- this will be fairly short, yet sort a lot out, I'll wager.  Since it's 5:29 in the morning right now, you can imagine that I'm really not at my most articulate. 

I watched the Election coverage until about 1:30 last night, and now I'm seeing it again... waiting on Ohio like the rest of my fellow Americans.

Anyway!  I know some of you have come, and have read my Halloween story... and have thought, "My goodness- she's really losing it.  She thinks she has a Christmas theme, the poor dear."  The truth is, I posted that entry... visited my journal a number of times... and just wasn't happy with the prospect of having the very same theme for over 2 months.

So I ended up pulling down Santa and replacing him with pilgrims.  I'm quite satisfied, really.

A lot of my foreign readers (many of which are my dearest journaling friends) will of course, remain completely unaffected by the change.  But I know my American counterparts will appreciate the seasonal appropriateness of my new theme.

I should be off now.  I have made it my obligation to walk/run a mile every morning, and if I don't leave now- I fear I'll be late.

I love seeing all the new layouts, its so refreshing! I have been so busy but i would have liked to do a Guy Falks theme on my journal. Too late now!!. I do know a little about thanksgiving (Pilgrim fathers etc)So have a wonderfull time and if you like a drink have one tost on me
