Where Logic is the New Little Black Dress...
Logic knows no gender or age; it thinks nothing of education or race, finance or preference. Logic knows no bounds.
You have entered- so stay awhile and enjoy the written word. And when you've finished, drop a line! Whether you love it, hate it, or couldn't care less about it- dare to be heard. Besides! If you don't tag or comment, how can I repay the visit?

Alright kids. I feel mighty crummy to have neglected to write. I have been able to keep up with my tagboard and comments, but actual posting has been out of the question for awhile now. Not only has my life been incredibly boring for the time being, but I'm actually busy. Who knew?
Since we lost so much time in school due to the hurricanes, my teachers have all decided that the proper method to regaining the skills we've allowed to hibernate is to triple up on the work. As you know, (mainly because I moaned about it last entry) I had 3 tests in a row last Friday.
Tomorrow it appears I have a test on Chaucer. Ah, the Canterbury Tales. Not the entire thing, thank goodness, but the prologue. And at this moment in time, with the other classes I have to worry about, the prologue is more than enough.
So what can I tell you since last we met? First and foremost, my Earth Science test came back, and it appears through undoubted luck, that I have received a perfect score. Thanks for the well-wishing, friends! It paid off for sure!
I also made a 90% on my Spanish test, which is actually quite satisfying to me. While I've always done well in my foreign language class, I was not at all prepared for this test. Apparently, there was more knowledge tucked in my pretty little head than I originally thought. Again, who knew?
Economics I don't know about yet. But I feel pretty damn good about it, so we'll see. And today I went for my senior credit check with my guidance counselor. It seems I will not only be graduating with honors, but Magna Cum Laude (which is Latin for "with high honors"). I am also ranked number 12 in a class of 458 graduating seniors! YAY FOR ME!! That puts me in the top 2% of my class, a percentage I am quite proud to be in.
Gee, but I feel smart today! Hehe
What else, what else?! OH! Brother had his second (American) football game last Saturday. The Saturday before, their team went up against the Champions of last year and lost 19-0. That was not a particularly fun game to watch. This time though- we beat the other team 21-14!!
GO BROTHER AND BROTHER'S TEAM!!!

You should have seen me, dearest readers! I was shouting, I was screaming- I was rooting for them all the way!! I even went into the opposite cheering section during half-time and caused a ruckus! Sometimes, life is too much fun. I enjoyed it so much I came home with a sore throat and had to drink hot tea to quiet the irritation. That was some serious fanfare.
Sister and I even decided to make shirts so that next week we can really show our support to the entire team. They came out seriously good. I'm rather tempted to begin mass production and sell them to team parents. But that would be wrong so I can't. Ok, so I tried and it didn't work. Same difference, really.
Anyway! Let me go before I talk your ears off (or type your eyes off) any more than I have already. Stay sweet my darlings, and behave yourselves!
Until the next dose of logic comes your way, I bid you adieu.
Hey I'd be surprised if you DIDNT come home with a sore throat! Strange - I played 3 years of High School and 2 years of Junior ball and MY biggest supporters were my sisters too! (my mother REFUSED to come to the games.in those five years she only watched me play ONCE! LOL Didnt want to see her "BABY BOY" get hurt!)Nice to have sisters like that! And have a great W/E too!
